The windows are fine. I have them throughout my home. But their service is terrible. I called them about two months ago about a damaged window and received a fairly timely email on 6/11/20 stating I would be contacted in 3-5 business days. I heard nothing until 7/21/20 when another email was sent telling me all the things I needed to do including interior, exterior photos, serial numbers, photos of the damage, etc. I replied two days later.
