Had two exterior doors installed. The experience was like a breath of fresh air. They came when they said they were going to come. They finished when they said they were going to finish and the doors look great. They were also able to not disturb the full wall wainscoting in my den though they had to deal with a bit of house settling. Would definitely reccommend!
on the day of installation the French Doors came stained instead of painted as I had selected - they said they could redo them - I decided to keep the stained doors and Pella set me a generous check for the mishap. The doors are beautiful and just make the room!
Pella Windows and Doors of Indianapolis is a definite A+. I have used Pella now on 7 different projects and will continue to do so. Dave Mathews and his team have been nothing but dependable, cost effective, hard working and detail oriented. Along with a product that I think is the best in the industry, cannot say enough of how happy I am with their quality and service!
This is a solid product. Dustin Robbins was great! Cannot believe how weather tight and sound proof my home is.
Of course I hope to enjoy the windows for years to come, but so far the experience was great and the installation team was on time, courteous, efficient and experienced. I think a lot of the quality of the windows come down to how well they are installed, so I'm hopeful I had great product to match the installation. Follow up and communication highly rated for Aaron and his peers.
Downsizing is not easy. But when you can add Pella windows into the remodel the view looks pretty great.
Pella has excellent quality products - I especially like the tilt-in feature that allows me to easily wash all my windows from the inside. The installation crew was efficient, neat and tidy, friendly, and did an excellent job of keeping the disruption associated with a construction project to a minimum. This was my second project with Pella replacement windows (the other project was in Ohio) and I had an excellent experience both times. Well worth the money.
Ice formed INSIDE my Pella windows. Customer Service is horrible. I've complained before about the condensation issue, but they say it's "my" problem. Check out the video on my FB page of ICE inside my new Pella windows.
