Albert at Pella Windows just now installed a picture window in my kitchen. It was one of the most professional jobs I have had done. He had an early appointment and showed up exactly on time. He backed his truck down my narrow curved driveway without running off into my plantings on either side. When he got out he immediately placed a large flat cardboard box under his engine compartment so he would not drip oil onto my driveway. Who else is that considerate?
