As realtor , I see many windows and door issues. I have been trying to have Pella replace a defective door for years after repairs for an inferior product. If you want a company that stands behind their product, I do NOT recommend Pella Windows or Doors. I can show you many pictures of a door gone wrong and a company that does NOT care.
