Paid an inflated amount of money to replace 9 year old Pella product that failed. First crew came out with wrong replacement parts. Second crew came out and hung the replacement patio doors. Within a week north door failed to open properly, became stuck. Call after call to Pella to come and repair. Now, more that a year later, they want to charge an additional $100 to come out to adjust the doors. My advice, STAY AWAY FROM PELLA! THEY DO NOT HAVE A GOOD PRODUCT OR SERVICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
This winter I had a window seal break and I called Pella. They told me that the window was under warranty but there would be a cost of $480 to replace the window. The two installers did a nice job and were very nice. It took 1 hour. So to pay $480 to replace one window is way too much money for the work performed. You have to use their installers to keep the warranty valid for the 20 years on the glass. They have their customers in a unfair predicament. Not too happy since I built a home with all Pella windows.
Excellent quality. Service was prompt. Technicians were both knowledgeable and proficient. Highly recommend Pella windows and doors to anyone looking for a superb quality product. Very good people to work with.

Josh McDaniel took excellent care of us. The windows are gorgeous and we are very pleased with the windows and the service we received.
Josh McDaniel was my Pella salesman and he was terrific! I had to replace 7 multi-pane windows (multiple casements and panes and transoms for each of those “openings”) in my 24-year old home. I found him to be really knowledgeable about all the different options (the process is overwhelming and very expensive!) I am really pleased with my new windows and so grateful for Josh’s advice. He knows his stuff! I am so glad I went directly to Pella!
My salesperson Jason, was great. The measuring was done fast, conversation about which window type to choose was done smoothly without any hassle. I would recommend Jason G. as the go to salesperson for your window needs.
