So far, great service, great pricing for quality window. I think I’m going to be very happy!
We had an in-home visit. The salesman was on time and even called ahead to let us know he was enroute. No pressure sales, we were educated on the product offerings and benefits of each. Installation scheduling was easy and flexible and on our schedule! There was a minor issue with the hardware (an internal issue with the mechanism from the hardware manufacture). We are getting bids to replace 30 year old Pella windows & 1 sliding patio door with 2 stationary panels. My husband & I were not happy with local Pella years ago when they came out to adjust patio door & inspect windows. I convinced him of letting them bid the project. We received an email confirming the salesman appointment for 5/25/17 @ 2pm. When I arrived home from work, my husband stated the salesman did not show nor call to reschedule. Wow, not surprised. Pella Louisville will never get another chance!
I would never purchase from Pella Windows. Windows never open/close properly. Many phone calls, letters, store visits.... rotted windows... Pella Service man Ray solved issue by nailing bedroom window permanently shut. What a way to fix the problem! Pella customer service rep told me to never open windows because the windows wouldn't close during warranty period . The Pella also blamed me for ordering windows too large for the cranks.
