I talked to one of the sales reps (Jeremy) about replacing a door in my house. I received a very thorough explanation as to why pella was superior to competitors and had a great experience talking to him about the product. I have not purchased a door yet, as my financial situation is forcing me to wait until the right time, but there’s a good chance it will be from pella.

Great service and response even when a previous issue caused problems with their work. Will use them again for sure.
I called Pella on Friday to see if they can come out to adjust a door that I was having trouble opening and closing. The fellow on the phone said he would connect me to the Service Dept. I got a voice message, so I left my message explaining what the problem was. I never got a call back, so I stopped at Willis & Klein in Middletown yesterday. I had an in-home visit from salesman Jeff Boswell. He was so nice & friendly. He answered all of my questions & explained everything in great detail. I did not feel any pressure to purchase. One month later my windows were installed. I couldn't be happier with my new windows. My furnace runs less than half as much as it did prior to new windows. Not only are they energy efficient, but look great! Thank you Jeff & Pella Windows for a job well done!
