I had all my windows and patio door replaced. The installation went smoothly and my house was cleaner when Mark and Dylan left. Windows were washed also. The built in blinds in the patio door are awesome. There is also a lock so all the windows and door can be opened for some air. Very easy to clean!
Nearly 2 and a half months ago we had our longly anticipated window installation date and as of today we have no resolution on a sordid list of issues caused directly by Pella.The first issue is that some of our artwork was broken by the installers. Very unprofessional; unresponsive; and largely LACK in CUSTOMER SERVICE I spent $160k on a door and window package from this group.$16k+ Per bi fold glass doors; none of which currently work (a total of 4 for $64+k) They did an initial install and then came back prior to the framing around the door being closed in and installed again a second time and then has been out over 4 times sinceAgain none of the doors operate at this time; they came out again Sept 8 due to a disc… See more
From sales to install, I had a great experience. Dustin, in sales, walked me through options based on my wants. Michael and his install team did an incredible job on our door and trim. It looks great! Michael also explained his steps, demonstrated the smooth functionality to make sure we were happy with install before leaving. We look forward to working with Pella again and recommend anyone looking for a window/door installer.

Great well-informed salesman, efficient follow up visit to check measurements, call the week prior to delivery and installation, call 30 minutes before delivery, and a call 30 minutes prior to installers’ arrival. The installers were friendly, clean and neat, and finished quickly. Great experience abd the price was very competitive. We are very pleased with both the product and the experience. Recommended!
