I called Pella on behalf of my employer to see about repairing or replacing a door that Pella had installed years ago. I was directed to the voicemail of a gentleman named Caleb, who in his recorded greeting promised a callback. Two weeks later and I still have not received a call from him. I understand if you are busy or all booked up but my time is valuable too.
