The care was fantastic in every area, hospital was very clean, very impressed.
We have had all three of our babies at Pella and the staff is amazing!!!
Pella hospital was such a great experience i recently had surgery and a over night stay this past week. My Dr is Dr. Lensing one of the best ive had! While staying there everyone and staff, nurses were all so greatly friendly made me feel like home and made sure i was very comfortable. Thank you
We had our second daughter here at PRHC. We absolutely love the ob nurses and staff. They did a amazing job while we were there. Dr. Anne Hellbusch is by far the best dr I have ever had. I absolutely love her! She not only is a great dr but she cares about her patients! Her passion definitely shows and it did throughout my pregnancies! Thank you for everything you do and for everything you have done for my little family!
The staff is so friendly and they all show they care and not treat you like a number! They will talk to you like they care! They are also fast but efficient! Making my trip to Pella worth while! Thank you to all the staff and doctors!!
My daughter delivered their first baby/our first grandchild at Pella. They were amazing! Excellent care before, during & after! Would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Pella Regional!
Can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Strong and his nurse. They are so kind and thorough and you genuinely feel listened to and cared for. From the second I walked in the door, the front office to the back I was treated like family would be. I will be back 100%
Just recently delivered our second baby at PRHC. The nurses in the OB department were incredible, we were treated very well. Dr. Carlstone was great to have as our OB dr during prenatal care & was a great coach during delivery. We would highly recommend Dr. Carlstone to anyone looking.
Mixed feelings on this one, it completely depends on the staff, walk in clinic was awesome and our PCPs are great also, ER not so much, stumbled and, Fell, into a wheelchair, got seen and sent home a few hours later and 6 hours after that ended up in an ambulance and ER at Mahaska Health, admitted and released 4 days later.
