Today is the third time I have had to deworm my dog in the last 6 weeks. And of course they charged me the last two times even though their product doesn't work. After working retail for 7 years now, when you have a product that isn't working and a customer that is upset. You take care of your customer and don't keep charging him weekly for something you should only have to do once every 6 months.
