I just wanted to say thank you to Dr Brett again for returning an after hours emergency call to me - even though we were not regular patients at his clinic. His compassion will not be soon forgotten. We will definitely be using them as our go to provider in the future.

Lost my business. Was going to bring my male boxer in. Canceled all my appointments. My sister in law brought her female boxer in and the vet labeled her aggressive. She's been there before. Now she can't move into town.

Bad place to board Pets . Our 18 pound Shitz zu was bitten at Black Oak Boarding by a pit bull mix fracturing her jaw and puncture wounds to her neck. Dr Brett did not even notify us. The DM emergency room doctor did. We called Dr Brett and he did not know initially Breed of dog that bit her nor the time and circumstances of the incident. Will never go back. We thought they loved our fur baby but that is farther from the truth. It’s all about money

All people at Pella Pets are so good to Willow and give her great care she gets groomed every 6 weeks and the also take care of her medical issues. Only problem is her ear can't seem to get it totally better but control it pretty good.
