I called right away at 7:30 when they opened and told them my cat was sick and was able to be seen right away. I happened to have VBS that day and wasn't able to keep my cat in the car because of the heat and didn't want to make an extra trip back (we live out of town). They were able to keep our cat for that length of time! Thank you Pella Pets!

We were on a road trip and a long distance from home and even a longer distance from our destination. When our senior dog began having significant problems, we found Pella Pets online, called for an appointment, and they agreed to work us in. The staff was very caring and helpful even when our medical 'emergency' turned out to be our furry drama queen not looking forward to the road trip. RecommendedVery friendly staff and can tell they love what they do. Facility is very clean and laid out with plenty of room for several clients Unless for some reason I move this is where my pets will get their medical needs met.
