Took my 1500 Ram into them today for an issue with it. I am very impressed with the Service Team! Made a appointment for it, and when I arrived today they got it right in and did a diagnostic on it and test drove it. The technician then came and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable about the motor and explained it to me in plain English, not as someone trying to make some fast money for the boss. In fact it didn’t cost me anything. I recently had my 2014 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel Limited serviced at Pella Motors. I had a warning message that instructed me to contact the dealer. They were able to get my truck in the next day, ordered the part and I had it back the following day!
