I bought a used vehicle from Pella Motors and had to have it in for service right after purchase. I ran into a few problems with the service department but the owner, Craig Ford, reached out to me personally and got me in touch with the right group in the service department to help me with my van. These guys won't answer the most simple questions put to them; "What's your low dollar price?" Instead, they run through the classic sales mantras of "clean vehicle", "good value", and "So, when can you come in and see this for yourself?"
