Tyler, our service tech, was prompt, seemed very knowledgeable, and was very customer service oriented. I am delighted to have our door working properly again. Will be even better when the part arrives to complete everything.
Thinking Pella, think again and run to another manufacturer. I've been trying for 6 months to have my new window and door package adjusted to work properly. Literally every door has major issues. It all started with a horrible installation team and has gone down hill from there. One sliding glass door has not locked since the day it was installed. Two sets of bifold glass doors have at least 1/4" x 8' air gaps completely exposed to outside weather. I called to schedule one of my many service appointments that are always 6-8 ... read more

Had Pella come out to look at an install Lowe’s did. Jeff was great- explained what’s happening and solved all issues besides one that needed parts. Should have it all fixed in 3 weeks!
Jeff and Tyler were here to evaluate my sliding door. After 19 years, the rollers/bearings need to be replaced. It was a quick and efficient evaluation, and ordering of parts. I love my Pella sliding door, and the service was excellent! Well an update to my previous review it’s been over two months. I had to call Pella. “I slipped through the cracks”.
