Troy & Jeff were exceptional with the needed repairs. Their knowledge & information, including helpful tips to manage & trouble shoot our Pella windows was great!! Thanks again!!
Jareth & Tyler did an amazing job today diagnosing the problem with a faulty slide door lock. They tried everything from adjusting the door, adjusting the latches, and it came down to the locking mechanism that was faulty. Fortunately, they had one with them and on them so that they could make a full repair on site today. Very professional and did a great job with cleanup as well.
Troy and Jamie replaced a door panel. They were very friendly, very efficient and very knowledgeable. I’m grateful they thought of taking the spare parts off the old door, so that in the future if we have to replace the door handle, we’ve got our old door handle. We couldn’t ask for any better
I had an excellent experience with Pella Windows! Jareth M. came out to repair a bedroom window and my sliding glass door, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He was incredibly professional and respectful of my home—he even took their shoes off without being asked, which I really appreciated. He were polite, well-dressed, and provided high-quality service with a very quick turnaround time. It’s rare to find technicians who are this mindful and efficient. Highly recommend!
This is a new branch of Pella and they are not ready for large or complicated jobs. (The old Pella branch switched to another brand about 18 months ago) They sold me a job in November, but continually delayed ordering the product since they could not line up contractors to do the install. They could not handle the modification of window sizes. Eventually, they could not figure it out and ended up laying off the sales manager I was working with in the process.
