I'm very happy with my Pella experience. Dima, my salesman, went above and beyond to negotiate the best deal for me and earn my business. He was able to include removal of my plantation shutters in the quote, which would have been an added hassle if I had to arrange that myself. Griffin, the job coordinator kept in touch with me during the wait period so I knew when to expect the installation. Jeff and Jamie completed the job of replacing two window sashes at our home with a high degree of skill and professionalism. They provided a 30 minute heads up notice prior to their arrival, showed up on time with the right product and took care of the job in a highly efficient and conscientious manner. They also recognized an omission from the original window installation done 3 years ago by a different company (missing piece of trim) and offered to custom cut/install said trim at no extra charge. Tyler and Jamie just installed brand new glass in our 5 entry doors. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, skilled, respectful, and polite. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
