I'm an original owner of a condo in the first building, which was built in 2005. I have loved living here and it's only gotten better with time. The complex is beautiful, the layouts are well thought through, and the main selling point is its proximity to so many things. It's a short walk to the Delmar Highlands shopping Center and the new One Paseo district. I love being able to walk to get groceries or to go out for a happy hour or dinner.
