I'm an original owner of a condo in the first building, which was built in 2005. I have loved living here and it's only gotten better with time. The complex is beautiful, the layouts are well thought through, and the main selling point is its proximity to so many things. It's a short walk to the Delmar Highlands shopping Center and the new One Paseo district. I love being able to walk to get groceries or to go out for a happy hour or dinner. My sister booked 3857 Pell Pl UNIT 214 from Raj Oswal on Airbnb a few months ago for 31 nights because it was cheap. The owner informed her 5 days before check-in that she has to travel 3 miles to get the key. (Also 3 miles at the end to return it). When my sister asked if it was possible to have alternative options, he cancelled her reservation!!!! Without any communication. What a piece of junk. The owner’s name is Raj Oswal. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SCAMMER.
