Outstanding inspection !! I was provided with all of the necessary details & quality of my new home, that may or may not have needed attention. Mr. Smothers was very thorough in his briefing of the job & did not shy away from a single description, that was in the slightest bit crucial to our living arrangement !! This was an amazing job & highly recommend Pelican State Inspection to anyone closing on a new home !!
