Foxe was amazing. Major Attention to Detail and such a professional. He even took the time to teach me about a few hidden compartments in my new home that probably would have taken me years to discover.

My Pelican inspector, Mr. Smothers, was outstanding in every possible way. From scheduling to punctuality to courtesy to completeness and efficiency, he was superb. We met after the inspection and he went over the process thoroughly. Most importantly, he stressed the major items that truly need quick attention. Our illustrated report with plenty of photos was available the evening of the inspection. I actually had Fed Ex make me a color copy and now I'm informed and documented. Five-star service.
