I had a very disappointing experience booking through Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy for a stay managed by Pelican Residences at The Quimby. Upon check-in, I was given a parking permit and followed all instructions, only to have my car towed the next day because the permit turned out to be invalid. I had to pay $190 out of pocket to recover my vehicle. It then took until late the following day to receive a valid permit, forcing me to deal with street parking in the meantime. Our stay was in Philadelphia at the AQ Rittenhouse apartments , August 20th - 23,2025. It was extremely disappointing and stressful due to the the apartment's uncleaned condition. The bedrooms were the cleanest parts of the apartment. Mold was found in the coffee pot, dead flowers were left on the table, hair in the freezer and in the bathtub, standing water left in one bathtub.
