The customer service is amazing. From the moment you place an order to your parts get delivered is extremely efficient and packaged securely. I typically get my packages delivered a day before if not right on time. I have restored my 1990 325i convertible with most of the parts coming from Pelican Parts.

Sourcing parts for my early v12 Mercedes was proving to be very difficult in Sydney, or even Australia for that matter. Mercedes Australia no longer supports the w140 chassis beyond basic consumables. Pelican parts stock a heap of parts, easy to navigate site, fast shipping and reasonable shipping price. Selection and price were great. What impressed me was when they tossed in a shop towel along with the Xenon headlight bulbs. I took it as a reminder to wipe off your fingerprints, since that would wreck the bulb.
