Customer service is fantastic. Their walkthrough tutorials are well written and completely unmatched by any other parts supplier. BMW owners everywhere would be much worse off without Pelican.
Been ordering a lot last year but customer service needs to improve both in service and knowledge as well as the online catalog.. for example they show spacers but not the bolts required then asked for a quote and only recieved a shipping quote Weird
I needed some parts for our Mercedes Benz. Pelican not only had the parts, but got them to me in 2 days from California to NY. The guys on the Mercedes support team are awesome. The parts fit perfectly and I was able to return a couple extra pins I didn't need. I will definitely let others know about your excellent service. Thank you!
