Mr. Maggio, Please tell your manager, when people call with an issue she should tell them her name. She should apologize and offer to fix the problem. She should not say , well come back and I will decide if we are responsible. The girl that answered the phone was very courteous and better choice for manager material. The so called manager basically called me, the customer, who gets a car wash every week a liar! Very Nice
