I have used Pelican for over 20 years. I do miss the free wash card program. That was great after 10 and did make me loyal. The guy yesterday running the register was nice. My car was done well yesterday. It is not terribly expensive, but I think they should bring the card thing back.
I decided to try Pelican Car Wash after reading several negative reviews. Unfortunately the reviews are correct. The owner or manager himself worked on the left side of the car wiping it down great- the tight side of the car was never done correctly. I have to wipe those windows and that side of car with tons of water spots. I will not go back there

Horrible experience after going to this place for ever 10 years! I will never give this car wash my money again. The manager, Hector could care less about making things right after they locked my keys in my car. I even allowed them to push my car out of the way so they could continue to do business. Was not even offered a free car wash. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!
Prices went up and the bird poop was still on the door after I got home. Didn't see it before I left cause they held the door open for me. Little things like this always happened, but if you're going to charge more you have to make it worth it.

Also while you are here we can sign you up for our new Loyalty Club card and hopefully save you some money in the future.
I was here on vacation got the care washed they did a great job unfortunately it rained 20 mins after I washed the car .
