Coming up on 8yrs here and very much enjoy it here and the community is friendly and very welcoming aside the loud and rude neighbors that come and go its a great place to live.
My daughter has a one bedroom and my son has a two bedroom. There is a lot of room for growth. The tenants need to have a way to communicate when there is a need. There are lots of people that are out of control at the pool and I know they're trying to handle that but they have not so far. The grass around the whole facility has so many dead spots and there are so many weeds. This place is new and you would expect it to be in a lot better condition. It is a great location.
We had a decent experience living here. Before moving in, we had so many questions and Becca was really patient and kind with us, answering them. We had an issue with our microwave when we moved in, they sent someone immediately to check it out. They would text and call about updates on the vendor to fix it.
