Amazing staff and managers. They are professional, fair, and friendly
I lived at the Pelican Bluff apartments from July 2023 - July 2024. I'd like to explicitly state that if you own a pet, do not move into this complex. If you do own a pet, they'll take that opportunity to re-carpet the entire apartment at their leisure, and stick you with the bill for it. These people are everything that's wrong with the apartment rental industry, specifically in Northern Colorado. Staff was extremely rude and the places are not maintained and trashy
Management has power trip. They’re rude and they don’t care about you they drive around here lurking around my apartment taking pictures of my cameras always looking for something to be upset about. I got home last night from school saw a tow tag on my car because of the dead tags. They’re expired on the 7th. I reached out and told them I was going to have new tags today which I have and she replied sorry unfortunately it’s getting tied this morning. Like that’s just foul.
