My experiences with Nicole at Pelage media spa are wonderful, the staff is kind and attentive! Thumbs up for Nicole with the way she handles her clients, gentle and kind! Every time I have been there I notice her acknowledgement to all the staff and all clients! Sen spa is really lucky to have her as an employee/ representative of there company!
Pelage Medical Spa has exceptional customer service and the best massage therapist I've ever had. Kathleen is very talented and genuinely cares about her clients well being. I highly recommend this spa for any service and highly recommend Kathleen for a great massage.
We drove from seattle to issaquah to have our 7 year olds ears pierced. It was a lovely, calm experience for our girl who walked away with beautifully pierced ears and happiness all over her face.
The conference room was perfect for our needs. The furniture was professional and comfortable. The room also included audio/video equipment that helped with our presentations. Thank you for a wonderful environment for our board meeting.

I came here on 7/21/2016 around noon for the 1st time. The whole experience was better than I expected. I got a nice facial from Vasy -- the face/neck/shoulders/hands massage that was included in the service was delightful! I was concerned about the noise level because there was construction going on right outside the building on Front Street. But it was not too bad, mainly because Vasy played some very good spa music. I really enjoyed my facial at Pelage Medi Spa on 2/14/16. My esthetician was wonderful and very knowledgeable on the products she was using. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to one of the products and over the next two days I was in a lot of pain. Pelage Spa was quick to offer me a free visit back to get some medication, free red light therapy and consult my esthetician to find out what caused the reaction on my skin. I will definitely be returning in the near future for more facial treatments.
LOVE this place. It has great parking for one thing. The salon is beautiful, the staff friendly and fun. I am excited to take their advice and start seeing results. Cant wait to bring my lady friends here for a day of makeover and wine! Cheers and thank you.
