They don’t have any staff work overnight with the animals even when in critical condition. My little baby just died and suffered alone in a cage all night. I’m not saying that he would have lived if they would have overnight care but it would have been nice to know that someone was there with him in his final moments. Never going back. All they seemed to care about was how they were going to be paid.

I'm really considering changing our Vet after what I witnessed today. I was in to get my dogs meds and to schedule the first appointment for our newest pup, when a gentleman came in with his pup which clearly started having a seizure. When myself, the gentleman and another person kept trying to get the attention of the 3 receptionist & 2 techs who were in conversation totally not hearing our repeated voices of concern to get their attention, they kept chatting until I had to raise my voice, only then did the 3 stop to help t... read more

We just got home from taking our little kitten for a checkup and first set of shots. The entire staff was wonderful! Dr. Winston was so gentle with our sweet Boomer. I highly recommend this place to take care of your furbabies.
After making us wait for 35 minutes in the waiting room to drop off my dog for a simple teeth cleaning I was informed their price doubled to well over $500 with no prior mention. Their staff is nice but the way the owner/owners do business is robbery. Also, a few years ago they were suggesting things like cold laser therapy and a few other things that are pseudoscientific nonsense. The price doubling was the last straw for this place.
The veterinary staff always do a great job explaining the procedures to me and making sure all my questions are answered! I don’t think I could trust another vet the way I trust them!
Dudley was a new patient and upon entering we we welcomed on the blackboard easel and that started the experience. Friendly, informative staff. Pictures were taken for FB. ☺ Our doctor was knowledgeable and kind. It was a very positive experience for all of us! Thanks to everyone who took such good care of us!
