The delivery is terrible but worst = no help when you call. The person at the Times is rude and not helpful at all. So sad! We quit the paper today because they said there was nothing they could do to even check on deliveries.

Delivery needs improvement
How do carriers get by not delivering papers to loyal customers? My Dad does not get a paper an average of 2-3 days a week. Yet the Times never misses an automatic payment from his account. Calling doesn’t help, he is the only customer on his street who still gets the paper. Maybe you should return delivery to kids because the adults aren’t doing their job!
