Dr Berdjis is a great doctor, He takes the time to listen to my concerns and never made me feel rushed like other doctors I have previously visited. I am glad I found this doctor. His staff is very friendly and attentive and competitive. The usual wait is between 15 to 20 mins, which I consider normal.
I was transferred to Dr. Berdjis, when my last Physician retired. He was never on time for appointments. I frequently waited 45-90 minutes after my scheduled appointment before I was seen. On average, appointments only lasted 10 minutes or less before he darts out of the room. Worst of all, he attempted to perform a procedure on me which he was clearly unqualified to perform. The doctor and nurse practitioner are lovely, but the front desk staff is completely incompetent. They are nice in person, but there were months of confusion regarding my paperwork and insurance authorization. I had a mass that I needed to get checked out (to make sure it wasn't cancerous).
