Absolutely HORRIBLE! We waited exactly 35 minutes for our food! It was served to us lukewarm. We were told by the waitress that they were "slammed" by a 40 count take-out order and she was "sorry"....What kind of manager sacrifices the satisfaction of 50 dine-in customers for a single take out order? We will NEVER set foot in this restaurant again!

We are frequent eaters at the Edmond location(once a week) and we have usually never had a bad experience however over the last month our orders have either been wrong and on two separate occasions we had a hair in our food. Last night The table next to us received a wrong plate but started eating the dish anyways due to the long wait time they had experienced. What happened to my amazing Pei Wei? My lettuce wrap lettuce was brown, no fortune cookie, no spoon, orange chicken wasn't that great either. I love your food...what happened...??? This was to go.
