Ashley is a kind and compassionate person and truly amazing as an osteopath. I have been her client for over 3 years and she has not helped me only physically but emotionally and mentally. She has changed my life and helped me to remain active. I highly recommend her!!!

I first saw Ashley while pregnant which was a very welcomed adjustment. Then during post partum it was taking a long time to feel back to normal through my back and pelvic floor. Sure enough after a visit with Ashley I felt considerable improvements right anway and have been continuing my treatments since !! Not only that but she treated my daughter who was looking a bit imbalanced in her hips! She was so gentle and patient with her and we also saw great improvements with her range of motion immediately!! Highly recommended
As far as Osteopathy is concerned, Ashley is a cut above. My treatments were very gentle and done with such care. I had a very painful rotator cuff injury and Ashley had my range of motion back within a few treatments. As well she was a wealth of useful information with bonus healing tips regarding other areas of concern. I felt extremely well cared for.
Ashley is the best! I always leave feeling five times better than when I came in. She is very skilled and also a pleasure to work with.
