Very disappointed in my used truck. I got. I have had it almost two year. I have had the thermostat water pump and torque converter replaced windshield wiper reservoir and the coolant reservoir replaced. Yea I had a warranty. But it has been a inconvenience for us. The water pump we paid out of pocket because it happen in a weekend and we were on a trip. The warranty we had would not reimburse us our money because we didn't get it approved first. Very smooth process, Dusty was very patient, never pushy and listened to exactly what we needed.
Quoted no more than "a couple hours" in the service department, took the vehicle in, then announced it would be at least the next day before complete. The very least they could do is offer a ride home, but nope.
