Two stars is the highest I can go when heavy duty service won’t return my call. I’ve make 5 calls during a 4 day period. The operator just says they will call back or puts you on eternal hold. No response yet…. Three hours later I drove there and talked to them. Apparently, they believe they can drive your vehicle without permission. Keep your keys until YOU want them to drive it. Now it’s a one star.
Drove about an hour and a half to visit this dealership. They had a very good inventory on the lot. Marcos (our salesman) was great! Very informative but not too pushy. The whole buying process went very quickly compared to past experiences. We are very happy with our new vehicle and will definitely buy from Peltier again!
Fantastic experience! The sales team was in such great spirits when we showed up. Late in the day and plenty of energy on the lot. We showed up in the middle of a good storm and Clarissa pulled the car up for us so that our daughter didn’t have to walk in the rain. She explained everything on our new vehicle and felt comfortable driving away. Randy in the finance department made it super easy and explained all the details and answers all our questions.
