Looked at a pre-owned vehicle that I wanted and when the sales men come out with the paper the starting sales price was $2,000 more than the actual price and when looking at the document fee and tax title license I noticed another fee that is not for documents or government fees it's just something else they added for $2,996 so that's $5,000 of added stuff even though the website specifically says they do not add hidden fees and things but they do I have talked to at least 6 people and left the general manager a voicemail an... read more
To whom it may concern: Had online price and called to verify with the Peltier sales person and she verified that was correct with my tradein and buying new 2026 Ford F150 King Ranch. I did this verify with sales lady since I had to drive 5 hours to get to dealership. She assured me that was the valid price! So that was not the price and I was lied to and also the finance person lied and took my 2300 dollars extended ford esp warranty refund from tradein and put it on my new truck - which I should have caught!!!
