Dr. Wu is the most compassionate Dr. I've ever had the pleasure of being under. She spends ample time sitting and talking with me to ensure that I understand every aspect of my treatment and why. She even goes above and beyond to trying to find a healthier alternative whenever possible, is very quick to respond to messages via MyChart, and takes the time to know me as a person as well. I am definitely not a number when being seen by her. My absolute favorite Dr!
I found Dr. Wu to be very knowledgeable concerning my condition. She was very kind and listened to me without interruption. I definitely would feel comfortable seeing her again.
I had a negative experience with this doctor and do not recommend her. She was dismissive and rude. She told me that nothing was wrong with me and “didn’t understand why I was referred to her.” I got diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis months after seeing her with a high rheumatoid factor test and others.
