Peggy is wonderful! We sold our first home and bought our second with her and the differences between her and our first real estate agent were significant. She was so helpful to tour houses with and often pointed out things that we hadn't noticed on our first pass through. She also gave us great advice on listing our home and, in a small rural market, we had multiple offers! We love our new home and aren't planning on leaving, but if we did we would definitely hire Peggy again!
Peggy has great people skills. She quickly learned what our family needed and guided us through the difficult house buying process. We were coming to Minnesota from out of state and our time looking for properties there was limited. She organized the house showings and inspections efficiently to maximize our time in Minnesota.
