These people Robert and April are thieves who steal your money. They had control over our check book, they arbitrary paid themselves without our approval. They damaged our building using incompetent Aprils maintenance company, which later I found out it is their own company, who charges 10 times more and the quality is terrible. Do not use these people. They are amazing creatures, they lie, steal, no back bone,....I have not seen anyone like Robert and April. Stay away from them.
I am writing to express my utter disgust and disapproval of the awful management of Pegasus Condominiums ( 1748 Westwood Blvd Los Angeles, Ca. 90024 ) being run by Mr. Robert Heiman. He is dishonest, unorganized and carries himself in the most unprofessional manner.
