Want to see how to ruin Shrimp Cocktail The Shrimp cocktail was served on a small bowl of lettuce sprinkled with Ice Cubes that jumped off the lettuce with every bite taken. The size of the shrimp was so small you hardly knew you had had a bite. In the past years you served the shrimp cocktail in a round glass with ice under the top that was covered to prevent ice from falling on the table.
