They scratched our windows and shower glass. I called the owner Allen stone and he came out to Inspect, however he claimed that that was done by the construction crew when they cleaned the windows post construction. We had the builder come out and they said due to the amount of scratches and how deep they were we would have seen them Before the windows were even washed. The equipment we use to clean windows is professional window cleaning equipment purchased from a professional window cleaning supplier. The soft cloth mops and rubber squeegee blades that were used to clean the windows could not have caused the scratches this customer pointed out to me.
