They have this perfected. Good folks maintaining a traditional dining experience that's pretty much the way it was decades ago.
We go almost every week while they are open. I grew up on this BBQ, my dad loved it. My brother and his wife have moved the North Carolina, but we pick them up a gallon of the sauce before you close for the summer
My father (born in Tennessee) used to tell me about good bbq in the south east. They all sound exactly like Peebles. Needless to say but, I love Peebles. Writing this is making my mouth water.
Don't care much about the sauce it is little to much venigar but I have been going back for 30 years.
Best bbq in the world. I've been going to Peebles since I was a small child. I have great memories of having lunch with my great grandma after church. For all the change we experience, Peebles remains the same and that's a wonderful thing.
