My husband and I love this place. It is our go-to place for Mexican food...very authentic.
Visiting since at least 1970, please don't change a thing. There is something very special about these original time tested home-style recipes. Still worth the drive from anywhere. Food , 5 stars. Facility: it's the original too, expect a wait at peak times, as this used to be a small house.
We (Coyote Ridge teachers) always come here for training days. It's so delicious!
We had not been here in 7 years and it was still some of the best Mexican food ever! We started dining here in 1995 and the some of the same people still work there. Amazing, place people and food!

The BEST Mexican food anywhere! A loyal Pedro's customer since the 1960's... seriously! Pedro's is REALLY the best kept secret in town, but it looks like that secret is getting out! My last meal there was 2 days ago and I'm still working on my 'take home'.... I cannot live without Pedro's!!!
