Great doctor but he needs to join the 21st century with notifications technology or hire more clerks to call and remind his older patients about appointments. It wouldn’t hurt if they at least answer the phone.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INSULTING
My experience with Dr. Pedro Diaz has been excellent so far. He has good bedside manners and makes you laugh when patient is nervous about a procedure like cardiac cath. He masters his field and prevents and controls cardio conditions in his patients.
My experience with Dr Pedro Diaz Santana was excellent. He takes his time listening to your concerns. The wait time was no more than 30 minutes. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. The wait time for setting an appointment is one or two days the most. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Pedro Diaz Santana.
