Dr. Castaneda is great at providing great responses to all our questions and great with our children but sadly he’s located inside the gateway clinic which poses additional hurdles when we visit like check-ins and an answering service (instead of direct dial to the office). Today, I arrived as a walk-in and asked to see the doctor but instead I was sent to the second floor with a resident without having been asked if I was in agreement for my child to be seen by a resident AND was charged my regular co-pay as if it were a vi... read more
