Very kind and professional staff, can tell they love kids. Our daughter loves it here and was quickly taken care off. Dr Rojas is very kind with daughter and does a great job!
They are always so nice and kind. They make my son feel at ease and not scared! He loves going there! If he loves going to the DENTIST, then they must be doing something good!
We were seen 30 minutes BEFORE our appointment time....and whilebthis is not normal...very appreciated. Dentist was awesome with my son and kept him calm and were very encouraging towards him. I sat in room and they walked me through every step. Hygenist took care of my older son, and he was fantastic.
Taken my kids total of 3 times here every time the wait time gets longer today waited 1 hr 20 minutes past my daughters appointment time. The staff are friendly but my daughters actual appointment time was rushed and have been to other dentist offices who take the time to explain what they are doing as they are doing it especially to a young child. Will not be returning the clinic should revamp the way they book their appointments and stop focusing on profits and aim their focus on their customer service.
Dr. Rojas is patient, kind, and demonstrates excellent bedside manner! The wait wasn't long at all.
