The initial cleaning visit for my kids was fantastic. My daughter needed some work done, and it was getting split into two visits. Well after the first visit she did half the work she was supposed to resulting in having to now have it be three visits. She was perfect with the meds and all, well when I went to schedule the next appointment they told me I was going to have to pay $350 for behavioral management, because my daughter was moving around...which she wasn’t, she was under anesthesia. I used to love taking my daughter to see Dr Rojas... However, lately her schedule is always being rescheduled because either she's having an emergency, out of town or on vacation, etc etc etc... Now that kids are back to face to face, the office staff doesn't try to accommodate YOUR schedule at all and then you find a date that works with your schedule, you get a call that they have to reschedule due to excuses... Olga is not a very customer service friendly person... She doesn't try to help find a date and time that's accom... read more
I always appreciate the staff at Pediatrix! They are truly top notch! Dalio always does an amazing job with the boys- he’s super patient and creative with entertaining a toddler! And then changes gears and is excellent with my pre teen. Dr. Rojas is sweet and brings love and care every time and listens and explains everything- thank you 😊
Scheduled a dental appt for the kids. They NEVER told me masks are required. I even called yesterday and got an earlier appt. Again never was told masks are REQUIRED. WE WOULD'VE BROUGHT OUR MASKS HAD WE BEEN INFORMED! We get to the door, sign says "Masks Required" or they can sell them for $1 each. But you NEVER TOLD ME they're REQUIRED. On pure principle i am not buying a mask from you. You SHOULD'VE INFORMED ME. Clerk says I 'have had a credit there since 2018 and they could easily just use that credit'. Um Hi WHAT? Just took my son to his first dental appointment and we were super impressed with Pediatrix Dental! They were great with my 2 year old and were very efficient! We were in and out within 20 minutes!! Great service!
My son had his first dental visit today at the age of 6. Though he needed a filling and two teeth extractions the staff was super friendly and fantastic! The facility is very clean and the office staff is extremely efficient! Thanks to all who gave him a positive experience!!!
