I was a patient at Pediatrics West the lutheran campus. Now my kids go and see Betsy and Dr. Applegate they are both amazing!!! Maria at the front desk has always be amazing and so friendly.
Dr. Nagel is the BEST! All staff is wonderful too.
I love this practice and Dr. Applegate! I always feel my kids are getting great care. Our insurance changed and I had to change to another practice for a year and actually cried when I found out. We came back as soon as we could. Everyone has always been kind and friendly.
I love Dr. Applegate!! PA Stephanie is also amazing! I moved 22 miles away, but I still make the drive because of how much I love Pediatrics West.
Dr. Applegate is the best!! She makes my toddler comfortable & she is awesome with my newborn.

All stuff are very rude. The front desk, the nurse and the billing department. I spoke to the front desk manager and she seem not care how I was treated. She was even worse. No smile and rolling her eyes at me. I would never go back here again. Dr. Fudge is horrible as well. My child was vomiting and she had the nerve to correct my grammar. This is not school this is a Doctor's office. Do your JOB! This place is beyond the worst place to take your children.
