We just love Dr. Nagel and Vanessa! As first time parents they helped put our mind at ease by thoroughly answering all of our questions. They take the time to sit and talk through your concerns and find the best solution for your family. The staff is great as well. They are also quick to respond to calls, emails via my chart, and same day sick appointments. Also love that we haven’t had to wait forever in the waiting room to be seen with a little one. Our children have been at Pediatrics West since infancy and have been taken care of in every stage of their lives with TLC! The Doctors and support staff are very thorough, available, and responsive. We love how they listen to our kids and us during the appointments and give clear, understandable answers with smiles and eye contact. We couldn't be happier with this pediatric practice!
We absolutely love Dr. Applegate and her amazing team at Pediatrics West! From the front desk staff to the MA's and nurses and all the providers, everyone is wonderful and cares so much for their patients and families. I highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone who has a child!
Pediatrics West has provided amazing care for our children when they are well, and when they haven’t been. They’ve coordinated care with hospitals locally and in other states, and stayed with us every step of the way. There is always someone available to answer questions, help with referrals, or find resources. Dr. Bacon is a true gift to pediatric medicine 💕

I took my daughter in for her 18 mo wellness check yesterday. Pediatrics West made us feel so safe during this COVID-19 crisis. They went above and beyond with precautions to make sure staff and families were protected. Please don't put off those well baby appointments!
5 out of 5 stars! I give their entire staff my highest recommendation! They provide compassionate, comprehensive and quality healthcare services. I was a pediatric patient 40+ years ago and my three kids have benefited from their care for more than a decade. We are so grateful for every member of their team and for the dignity, respect and compassion with which they have treated all of us!
