Well another double ear infection but a surprisingly pleasant experience. First time at this office and I was very pleased. Fast and friendly! The doctor didn't seem rushed and my daughter responded well to her.
Fantastic one stop shop for Peds. Office and clinical staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing bedside manner which is pretty important to me. Quick in and out care, clean waiting room & restrooms and bonus comforts of juice, tea, coffee, free WiFi, phone charging station, & 24 hr TV. Emergency care without the visit to the ER. Only complaint is they are so far from me. Please open a location in Tinley Park or Oak Forest!

My daughter got sick quick today & her pediatricians office was completely booked until 7:30 pm. Made the quick call to try Pediatrics On Demand and I can’t speak higher of the place! It was beyond kid friendly. The staff was exceptionally professional. The process was painless & the dr. was amazing! She was so informative & from the emergency department from Lurie Children’s Hospital. I felt so confident that my daughter received the best care possible when it was needed.
I love this place !
Brought my 8 year old here for the first time after visiting another urgent care place the day before , very short wait , super friendly staff and an amazing attentive doctor . We will definitely be continuing to come to this place
