When they opened up the wait was normal half hour, now beware 3 to 4 hours wait.
Extremely long wait times. Only 1 attending doctor and tons of patients.
They changed their policy without notice to patients last time I went. If their doctor is not your child's pcp, you cannot be seen. So what is the point of this urgent care now? Its basically just a docotors office with walk ins... They are expanding and my guess is this will hurt business. I found a better and faster urgent care in Mt Greenwood.
RecommendedI went to this place a couple months ago because my daughter had a persistent cough. Waited less than 2 hours excellent care provided and love the short wait. Back today for a fever and not eating and I know I will have an extraordinary experience again. I highly recommend this place nice staff fast service and extremely clean👍🏽👍🏽

The wait is long to be seen when you have an appointment. You’re better off coming in as a walk in.
I checked in at 11am went to charge my phone for ten minutes mean while I’m charging my phone in the car and the dr is two offices down having a whole 45 minute meeting mean while my daughter goes back in ten minutes while I wait outside they tell her she has to check back in lied to my face saying the dr went in our room when that was a bold face lie I use to live this place but it has definitely went down hill
