NEVER, I REPEAT, NEVER STAY/RENT/LEASE AN APARTMENT FROM STATION AT FIVE POINTS!!! I’m here, 2025 Gervais ST. Columbia, SC moving my daughter out; when I arrived her power was out; NOT THE WHOLE BUILDING JUST SELECT APARTMENTS. We left to eat and came back to the power on. It was short lived. The “EMERGENCY NUMBER” you call DOES NOT WORK! Vanna James called SCE & G to report the outage. Very nice and clean. Visited with my daughter and we were both surprised how well kept it was there. Much better than the other we visited
They are always so nice and know how to handle kids. They tell you everything you need to know and i never have a issue being able to get my kids seen if they are sick. They will work you in. They are AMAZING. Best place around.

My room is excellent and maintenance services have been extremely reliable. Would really like to see improvements with cleaning services, notably the elevators. As well as handling elevator breakdowns in a more timely manner. I understand that people damage the decorations and furniture randomly but it hurts the appearance of the building and in turn the way I feel about the value of my room. This place is great. The small problems I have had were promptly taken care of by Chris the maintenance manager. He his always friendly and polite.
