Thank you all for everything all of you did for me yesterday. I can't believe the extra Miles all of you went through for me .I can't say enough or thank you enough. That drive from Columbia was well worth it. I would recommend you all to everyone.
I hate it here. From my car being broken into. A girl finding a homeless man in her bed. Bloody handprints on the wall. And my car being towed for no reason. DO NOT LIVE HERE
Rampant crime. Mold infestation. Lack of management control.
The new management under Ron has been the best over the 2 years I have lived here. Ron will email you and follow up with documentation to ensure what was promised gets done. The management team has taken a huge turn to helping residents, if you need someone to speak to go to Ron the new Property Manager.
This place is dangerous and disgusting
I don’t even know where to start. Basically, I don’t know how this place is still up and running. Mold everywhere, puke everywhere, dog poop all over the hallways, there’s constantly pee in the elevators. The building is NOT secured. I mean, a homeless man just walked on in... cameras don’t work even though they say they do. This is the absolute worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. I can’t stay quiet and act like I’m enjoying living here, because it truly has been hell on earth.
While it’s a nice apartment complex, things often break and do not get fixed as quickly as they could. Sometimes issues within the building are ignored and recently safety issues have not been taken care of professionally
Front desk is rude asf. But the doctor and nurses are so freaking sweet and amazing.
