Attitude! The lady Sherri at front desk! The receptionist For 10 years, she is rude, short, flat out difficult. Always leading with a problem, an attitude. She never says goodbye, just hangs up at end of conversation. NEVER ASKS ABOUT THE KID WHO HAS BEEN COMING THERE FOR A DECADE. She hates her job and the make every mother feel like we are bothering her when we've been up all night with a sick kid. I'm leaving the practice. I'm done with a rude lady while dealing with children. Horrible!
I absolutely would recommend this office. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. My child sees Jen, she takes the time to answer every question I have ( & I have a ton being a new mom). One of their doctors is always available via phone, even if the office is closed. I have called two times after hours and left a voicemail. I received a call back within 8 minutes each time. I'm a first time mom so we have been to see Dr. Young A LOT. Him and his staff have never made me feel embarrassed or ashamed for coming in. One time we came in 4 times in one week. Dr. Young was even going to come in on his day off, penciled us in during his lunch break, and took us in as his last patient when he already should have left. Love love Jen. She answers my questions thoroughly. She’s very informative and helpful. I love that she is real and honest. She’s great with my son and I love bringing my little one here.
That lady I spoke on the phone is absolutely a disaster. Extremely disrespectful and rude.
